HexxClub

– Increasing quality, improving your club image and saving your club money!
Offering the complete professional solution to your club is something that Hexx has perfected over the past few years. Due to this, we strive to attain complete satisfaction from our customers.
Hexx know that Customer Care is just as important as the product, so Hexx keep the customers in the ‘loop’ during production.
To achieve this, we follow the following strict guidelines:

1.

All Hexx artwork/product specifications will be presented on the Invoice to your club, in addition to agreed pricing and sizing quantities. These must be confirmed either by e-mail or in writing. All orders, unless agreed otherwise, will require 100% payment on order.

Any exact colour matches will be achieved when a customer provides an exact pantone colour. These colours can be located at: http://columbineprint.net/PMSSwatch.php?PHPSESSID=bd34d6499d22b1dfde16fa1de2006323
Alternatively, the customer can submit a fabric swatch or clothing item which clearly represents the colour required. Orders for exact colour match should be over 85pcs per item. Orders that are smaller in quantity will be matched as closely to the specified pantone as possible.

A Hexx Product Supervisor will process your club order on the following Friday after payment has been received and artwork/product specification has been authorised by the customer (revert to point 1).

After the order has been processed, estimated delivery time is 6-8 weeks for your bespoke club apparel – delivery can often be achieved sooner. A Hexx Club & Athlete Specialist will arrange to call you on the 6th week of production to provide a progress update and delivery schedule.

5.

All orders will pass through Hexx Quality Control. Upon successful completion of the QC, the items will be delivered by TNT UK and will require a signature upon delivery by the club. All delivery aspects will be relayed to the club to ensure the most suitable delivery date and location.
